The wash of the gene is not listed on the website and did not match the expected wash of the jeans. I went to return the jeans at my local store, but the store is permanently closed which was not listed on the website. I have now wasted two hours of my time driving to this location trying to return the jeans. There is no obvious way to return items on the website without contacting customer support, which I have done. Annoyed by the returning process
